Story Slam will take place on Thursday, October 16 from 7:00 – 10:00 pm at FitzGerald’s Nightclub at 6615 Roosevelt Rd. in Berwyn. Tickets start at $50 and include food, drink and entertainment.

James Finn Garner is a writer and performer from Chicago. His is perhaps best known for his book Politically Correct Bedtime Stories, which was an international best-seller, translated into more than 25 languages. His other books include the two Politically Correct sequels, Once Upon a More Enlightened Time and Politically Correct Holiday Stories; Apocalypse Wow!, as well as Tea Party Fairy Tales, and Honk Honk, My Darling: A Rex Koko, Private Clown Mystery.
